These breakfast bars are just right for me. I don't like to have to fix something for breakfast, plus, I like to read while I eat and not get food all over the book. It's almost impossible to get these in the store anymore. When they do get a shipment, people like me buy several boxes because the store is always out of them. I was so glad to get them on line and intend to keep getting them from this resource. I love the peanut butter flavor and I get to feel good about getting extra fiber every day.

I don't like to eat breakfast before working out in the morning, so this high protein bar does the trick. This bar has more protein than most, not too high in calories, not too sweet, and has a great flavor. It gives just enough energy to hold me until I can eat breakfast after my workout. I have tried virtually every bar out there, and this one is by far the most satisfying to me. South beach protein bars have always packed a lot of punch. The peanut butter flavor, my whole family loves which is great for me. They fill you up, taste delicious and can keep your body happy till lunch.

I try to eat multiple small meals a day to stay trim. I use these bars as a snack for three reasons. Number one, they're low in fat. Two, they have a moderate amount of protein. And three, they're low in calories.
I'm active and try to watch my calories- so I worry about creating a calorie deficit and my body using up my muscles for energy- hence the need for adequate protein- so these are a good thing for me to eat. The only bad thing I have to say about them is that they used to have 10 grams of protein in a bar. Then the company reduced it to 8 grams, named them "protein fit' and slapped the phrase "twice the protein' on them. Go figure!
